We’re training the next generation of rocket scientists. We’re in the middle of a long-term development programme, and we know that we’ll need skill sets which are hard to find. Our schemes take outstanding young people and train them in both academic and real work environments to turn them into our next generation of designers, technicians and engineers.
We run an Advanced Level 3 Apprentice Scheme to ensure our apprentices come out at the cutting edge of engineering and science disciplines. You will be spending this time visiting different departments, learning about different areas of an engineering business; with the final part working in a chosen department.
As an apprentice at Reaction Engines you will be expected to always be looking to learn and develop. Key skills to achieve this are:
- Highly Motivated
- Interest in STEM subjects and activities
Keen to develop knowledge in aerospace and manufacturing techniques.
5 GCSE Grades at A* – C or Equivalent (Grade 5 or higher).
